Confirm
Proforma invoice. First orders are paid in advance against the proforma. Card via PayPal or bank transfer via Wise.
Produce and ship
60 to 70 days from confirmation. 100% inspection before dispatch, documents and lot record with the shipment.
Samples of existing styles are charged and are made against a confirmed order, not before it.

This route is for importers, wholesalers, retail chains, corporate gifting programmes and brands that want a proven construction under their own label without a development cycle. If you have your own design or tech pack, use the OEM route instead.
We do not sell single units and we do not dropship.
What volume buyers ask
- What is the minimum order?
- 100 pieces per style, per colour. This is fixed. An order can combine several styles, each at its own minimum.
- Do you publish prices?
- No. The price list is sent by email within 48 hours of your request, for the styles and quantities you name. Prices are quoted ex-works Kolkata; FOB and delivered pricing on request.
- How long does an order take?
- 60 to 70 days from order confirmation to dispatch. Larger programmes can be phased across shipments.
- Can I order a style in a different leather or colour?
- Yes. Every style runs in any of our finishes and colours at the same minimum. The photographs show one finish, not the only one.
- Can I put my own brand on the goods?
- Yes. Logo embossing, branded hardware and your own labels and packaging are quoted per order.
- Do you sample existing styles?
- Samples are charged and are taken up against a confirmed order. We do not run standalone sampling.
- What are the payment terms?
- First orders are paid in advance against a proforma invoice. Card via PayPal or bank transfer via Wise. Quotations are valid 30 days.
- Which Incoterms do you quote?
- Ex-works Kolkata as standard, FOB Kolkata on request. Delivered pricing on request for the UK and the US.
- Is UK import duty payable?
- No. Under the India-UK trade agreement in force since July 2026, leather bags and accessories of Indian origin enter the UK duty free. We declare origin on the invoice. Freight and UK VAT are not included in ex-works prices.
- Is every order inspected?
- Yes, 100% before dispatch. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV, QIMA) can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
- Do you do compliance testing?
- Testing to REACH limits can be arranged per shipment where your programme requires it. LWG-rated leather on request. Ask at the price list stage.
